Your health is your wealth.

Your body is a temple.


Never forget to be your own advocate and to keep up your prophylactics.


Know your body and listen to it closely.

Follow up on any lump, bump, spot, sore or ache.


Push back with your concerns, if you find yourself turned away because you will always know you best and it's unbelievably important to function at your best. Don't ever let your worries be dismissed.


Prevention is always better than a cure and if prevention fails, early intervention is key.


Don't ignore fatigue or push through pain. Those incredibly intelligent nerve receptors of yours are firing messages at your brain, to tell you it's time to slow down.


Check up's don't need to be daunting. Turn those negative feelings into positives by empowering yourself to take charge of your life, your body and your health regularly.


Mind, Body and Soul; Are the three major factors to a sustainable and balanced lifestyle. Care for, prevent illness to and treat promptly any deviations within the mind, body and soul as absolute priority.


It's of the utmost importance to be selfish with your health and to not feel that you're the cause of offence or bother to others when putting your health first.


There is absolutely no shame in finding discrepancies somewhere along the line, when it comes to your health and that is when the time comes to focus solely on what you personally need, to get through to the other side of those trying times. Your health is not and cannot be an inconvenience to anyone, always remember that.


It can be scary. Terrifying infact. But the sooner you know what is happening within your body, or your mind, the sooner you can begin to treat accordingly.


Be your own advocate. Prevent, care for and treat.

Your health is the most valuable possession that you have.
